Lindsey is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Westminster College, where she graduated with honors. She obtained her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Frontier Nursing University. Lindsey has since been continuing her education of Functional Medicine through the American Academy of Anti-aging and Metabolic Medicine Institute.

Lindsey encourages her patients to step out of the realm of “normal” and reach “optimal” health. It is done by incorporating the whole person and the whole story. Through recognition of the body as an integrated system and treating it as a whole, versus merely symptom-based treatments. Lindsey understands her patients need to be active participants in their health for the best outcomes. Through a partnership approach, she tailors each patient’s treatment plan to their individual needs to correct the underlying dysfunctions.

As an avid fitness enthusiast herself, Lindsey understands the importance and role of optimizing nutrition, sleep, and emotional well-being. She continues her pursuit in sharing her knowledge both as a pro athlete and as a clinician. She believes each person deserves to live to their full potential and advocates for her patients to take a self-empowered stance in their health. For health is the ceiling in which we live life fully.

What I want for my patients is what I would want for myself and my family. I want a provider who takes the time to listen to my concerns, my goals, and my questions in a compassionate way.
